Family Fitness

As a single parent, I understand the challenges of finding time to exercise in a busy schedule. Our Family Fitness sessions provide an opportunity to enjoy a healthy activity that promotes well-being for both you and your children. Using just a yoga mat and your own body, we teach movements that enhance strength and flexibility. Whether at home or another location, you and your children can exercise together or separately, giving you both the attention you need and letting you focus on your session.

     Welcome to our Family Fitness program, designed to bring strength training and wellness to you and your family, wherever you are. Our hire-by-the-session concept allows you to choose the perfect setting for your workout—be it your home, a public park, a common area, a beach, or even your business location.

​Personalized Sessions for You and Your Family:​

  • Flexible Locations: Enjoy the convenience of working out at your preferred location, whether it’s in the comfort of your home or a beautiful outdoor setting.

  • Together or Separate: Work out side by side with your child or, if there are enough participants, we can provide two strength training coaches—one for the adults and one for the kids. Both groups will exercise in view of each other, ensuring children are never separated from their parents.

  • Bring Your Own Mat: Everyone is encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, but we also have some available to borrow.

Our Approach:
     Our exercise routines blend body weight exercises, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and stretching. These sessions are designed to strengthen your entire body, improve your quality of movement, and enhance your stamina. We aim to create a fun and supportive environment where both adults and children can thrive.

What to Expect

When you book a Family Fitness session with us, here’s what you can expect:

1. Initial Consultation:
- We’ll discuss your fitness goals, any specific needs or concerns, and determine the best location for your session.

2. Customized Session Planning:
- Based on your input, our strength training coach will design a workout plan tailored to your family’s needs. This plan will include a mix of body weight exercises, HIIT, and stretching to suit all fitness levels.

3. Convenient Location:
- Choose your preferred location for the session—whether it’s your home, a public park, a common area, a beach, or your business location. Ensure there is adequate space for all participants.

4. Flexible Participation:
- Invite whomever you like to your session. The cost is $100 for up to 6 people, with an additional $10 for each extra participant.

5. Family-Friendly Workouts:
- Decide whether to exercise side by side with your child or, if there are enough participants, we can have two separate groups—one for adults and one for kids. Both groups will stay within view of each other.

6. Equipment:
- Bring your own yoga mat if possible. If not, we will provide mats for you to borrow.

7. Adaptable Routines:
- All routines can be modified to meet individual needs and fitness levels, ensuring a safe and effective workout for everyone.

8. Professional Guidance:
- Our experienced strength training coaches will guide you through each exercise, offering expert advice and adjustments to ensure optimal results.

9. Supportive Environment:
- Enjoy a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere where both adults and children can thrive. Our aim is to make fitness enjoyable and accessible for the entire family.

10. Post-Session Follow-Up:
- After your session, we’ll follow up to gather feedback, address any questions or concerns, and discuss future sessions if desired.


 

THE PRICE

Family Fitness Sessions:
 

  • Standard Session: $100 for up to 6 participants. Each additional participant is $10. This session can accommodate up to 12 participants, providing a flexible and comprehensive workout experience for families and groups.

  • Two-Trainer Session: $200 for up to 12 participants, with each additional participant costing $10. This session can accommodate up to 20 participants, split evenly between two trainers (10 participants per trainer). Ideal for larger groups or those who prefer separate activities for adults and children, this option ensures personalized attention for both groups while keeping everyone within view of each other.
